I've found it is helpful for me when I try to make a distinction between all of the theories I would consider junk or implausible (hollow earth, nibiru, reptilian shapeshifting on TV, mini-nukes on 9/11, etc.) versus those theories I consider very likely or plausible (CIA killed JFK, 9/11 was a false flag for PNAC, Federal Reserve dominates/controls a lot more than most think, monsanto's GMO crops = global food supply control, etc.).
