Let's look at one that starts in 1900.
Looks staggeringly different, doesn't it?
Here's a logarithmic graph from 1912-1975.
Here's the US mortality rate from 1912-1975.
Measles was on its way out without the dangerous vaccine (which was extremely ineffective when released, and caused more outbreaks than it prevented).

Also, Vitamin A is by far the most effective preventative and treatment for measles.
