The video contains numerous hidden messages. There is an individual frame with a hard-to-spot line of code which was translated into "KILLTHEPRESIDENT". The "soundtrack" can be visually interpreted into an image of a skull, several frames of somebody being tortured, and an image with the words "You are already dea[d]". The title of the video translates into "Death", the description of the video translates into "You have one year left".

The video was filmed in an abandoned hospital in Poland.
