Edit: To address you point, I posted that a few days ago and it was speculative. It may or may not be true. There were labour meetings and talk of forming a union that started in some of the closed walmarts. Jade Helm could be linked but it certain that there was labour unrest in in some of these walmarts prior to the "plumbing" problems. Also, could be both?
