I'd Like to see the surgeon general talk to Elmo about Big Pharma. That would be better "tel-e-vision programming". The poor kids, poor sesame street. It has been hollowed out and turned into a propaganda machine of the state.

Ha! Indeed. The Surgeon General could take Elmo on a field trip to the state-run facility for the "differently-abled" where I used to work. Elmo could see what it's like to sit in a wheelchair for 30 years screaming at the top of your lungs from pain, wilst smearing your feces into your hair for stimulation.
