Due to the poor translation tool, I can't really tell whats actually going on. They're measuring the microwaves emissions of phones and it effects the consciousness?
A simply way to put it. What do you think would happen if you stuck your head into a micro wave and turned it on? That is what your phone is doing to you.
I don't know if that would force "analog circuits" I.E, neurons, to actually have any sort of change. When I call someone, I don't feel as if my brain waves "scatter" or have any sort of change, in my inner monologue or otherwise.. Although, I do now have my smartphone on Airplane mode, and even if I turned that mode off, I don't have a dataplan/phoneplan so I'm not sure if it would emit less or not, but I don't even use the thing for texting or calling anymore.

I don't know enough about it to know for sure either. The readings on the meter made me worried though.
