The fourth image happened in my home town, of 30,000 people. Can happen anywhere folks. Link to the full video below; guy was driving drunk, realized cops were on him and tried to run, crashed (which killed his wife), then when he's climbing out of the wreckage gets shot by the cop.

not allowed to be judge jury and executioner. Sorry, you cant be a cop if your caught doing that. And he should be recieving at least 10 years prison in my opinion. That's not even "ok lets fire him" scenario...Thats a 10 years minimum scenario. With a generous plea deal if he cooporates fully.
Cop walked, DA said they were accidental discharges. Did you notice how he's looking around for his spent shell casings? Also didn't tell anyone he shot the guy until the next day. The cops went back to the bar to look for a shooter once the paramedics realized he had been shot.
Even more suspicious than the cop looking for spent cartridges is his posture. It's completely relaxed. Once he shots the guy? He puts his gun away. Clearly he was not worried that there was a threat in the car otherwise he would have kept his gun out while approaching. I hope the cop was ostracized from the community at the least.
well problem is a guy that will get drunk run from the cops and kill his wife in the process...Doesn't have much in the way of close family or friends.
I don't mean to sound like to much of a badass but if a cop did that to my dad or cousin...id probably hunt him up and kill him. That said if my dad was the type of dude to get drunk and run from the cops with a family member in the car...Well I probably would not be willing to risk that for em.
Still a damn shame. That drunk driver deserved 10 years minimum as well...hell cop in a weird way probably did him a favor living with that sentence and the guilt. And if he didn't and the guy would have never cared. Damn, I dont know if I really give a fuck he got shot in the neck then.
regardless of all that, cops cant be judge jury and executioner...its egregous that cop got let off.
