You can see him draw or at least reach for a gun.

I saw him stumble in the snow and grab his side.

Twice? Also, when I stumble I don't bring my hands closer to my body, that's how you fall down, not do my hands go into my open jacket. You want to believe it, so you do.

he was shot 6 times. (at least)

How do you know?

Where in that article is the shot count? Additionally, there is a quote that he had his hands up, I saw that to not be true. I'd like to see the other purported video to be sure, but the fed released video is pretty clear.

This is the entire article you linked to. That is not in there.

The three week occupation of the Mulheur Wildlife Refuge building in Oregon profited nothing after the FBI staged an ambush on a desolate highway on Tuesday night as federal and state law officials ambushed the Finicum and Bundy vehicles en route to a meeting at a senior center in John Day, Oregon, not far from Burns. Several hundred people waited in an attempt to discuss the stand off with the patriot group that would never arrive.

The Bundy group were on U.S. Highway 395 heading to a meeting set up by law officials. The occupiers were ambushed in a cell phone dead zone that was blocked off for 60 miles by officers. Officers blame the tragedy on LaVoy Finicum and Ryan Bundy for failing to halt for a traffic stop, which resulted in several injuries and the death of Finicum. Eyewitnesses give a very different account of the event that unfolded that day and one has a video to back up their statement, which shows the lengths the government will go to stop the protest against the Feds for illegally taking over ranchers lands and burning cattle alive.

Robert 'LaVoy' Finicum, a Utah rancher and married father of eleven, was killed in cold blood standing up for freedoms he and the other occupiers feel the lands of ranchers are being stolen by the government with illegal land grab tactics. The peaceful protest at the refuge center was meant to bring national attention to this ever growing problem.

According to Victoria Sharp, who was a passenger in Finicum's truck says, “He was just walking, with his hands in the air, and they shot him dead,” Sharps said, adding, “His hands were still up after he was dead.”
