'authorities' have known about 'Tunt' since his first meeting with his old commrade (an Arcturian named 'Pak')
Tunt being confused and naive (with no memory of himself) went on to REDDIT (not twitter later twitter) with the story, the 'Feds' crawled all over it however he was established under 'UGA' jurisdiction and in that time has regained some memory.
The UGA jurisdiction allows for this action no worries, so i assume the 'Feds' just blocked the whole Blog.
or more accurately probably attacked 'VOAT' with spam from those IP and addresses thus getting them to 'block' it for 'protection.'
They knew Voat was becoming popular and they knew i would post his blog from here.
