Mainstream media won't ask the most important question concerning Hillary Clinton's emails and Ash Carter's emails: Who are you sending "Top Secret" information to? (Conspiracy)

Any one who has worked for the military, foreign service, FBI, CIA and other department knows that you can't accidentally spill any information above Secret and Top Secret onto Unclassified or personal emails. "Secret" has its own network, you can't access it without a "Secret" clearance. Anyone with a Secret clearance has their own "Secret" email account that can only send and receive from other "Secret" accounts.

-The explanation that it was more convenient to pass "Top Secret" info/emails on personal emails is a complete lie. The only way to take Top Secret information off the network is to burn it on to a CD then transfer it to their own personal computers.

-The only reason you would take "Top Secret" info out of the network and onto your personal computer is to pass the information to someone who doesn't have the clearance to see such information. There is no other explanation for it.

So, who are they sending "Top Secret" and above Top Secret information to?

Gee Wiz I wonder who would want/pay for that info? Isn't someone in prison for doing this? Something...Manning? Oh wait that person burned a CD of classified info then passed it to uncleared people on the Internet. Yeah, totally different because it was a Lady GaGa CD.
