This man seems very sincere and what he has to say is pretty astonishing considering the fact that he was so highly placed and intimately involved with the government for such a long time. My doubts are about equally balanced with my belief that he may be telling the truth. The nagging doubt in my mind is that he may be a disinfo agent saying these things to progress the project blue beam plan or something like it.
