So far the one big difference that I've noticed between /v/conspiracy/ and /r/conspiracy/ is that the posts that I've encountered on Voat seem to be way more diverse than those found on Reddit, that goes both for opinions I agree with and those that I don't.
The way I was able to recognize this is because I'm finding myself reading way more articles, that goes both for opinions I agree with and those that I don't. And so far, many have been amazing. Takes me back to what articles and opinions use to be like before video streaming and images took over, and I love it.
Just thought I'd share.
tl;dr - Reddit has been homogenized, Voat seems more diverse.

I find that /v/conspiracy is actually just news with a little criticism while reddit gets into the project blue beam type stuff.
Sometime I see things in /v/conspiracy and think shouldn't that be in /v/news but then I remember that /v/news is terrible so I don't mind so much and I hold my tongue.

Reddit doesn't get into anything. Sure, fringe stuff gets posted a lot, but it barely gets constructive discussion.

Reddit sure loves their 9/11 posts. They just rehash the same arguments over and over.
