If history says anything, only 3% need to fight. That's how the first revolution went.

I feel like with the "war on terror" in the news, they would just label the 3% of us domestic terrorist and sell it to the public.

But our revoulution was led by the 1%ers. It takes a lot of money to fight a revolution. The rebels got paid and were later given promissory notes.
Even ISIS and Al Qaeda puts their followers on a payroll.
FSA, and AL Nursa is on the CIA payroll.
How long could you fight the government if you weren't being paid or being supported with food, shelter, and ammo?
In a real firefight a lot of ammo is expended for every casualty. The US figures it expended 50,000 rounds for every Iraqi insurgent killed.
