If this man child is so inept then why is he allowed unmonitored internet access? Really i believe people this stupid could be coerced to admit things they don't understand or believe by people in authority - but I don't think he should have been held responsible in the first place. The people minding him should be held responsible. if your kid throws a rock and breaks a window because he was too stupid to realize throwing rocks at windows is a bad idea, then the parents should be held responsible. We don't just put our hands up and say 'Well - he's too dumb to know what he did. Guess we better move along.' This is a sign he cannot be taken care of by the people he lives with. They are the ones who should be interviewed.
