The part about the apparent cell phone calls on the plane that supposedly crashed in Pennsylvania I think is rather damning.
I think it is in "September 11- A New Pearl Harbor" where this is explored in depth. If not, I apologize, but that whole documentary is worth a watch anyways. One of the craziest things about those apparent cell phone calls was that the line stayed connected for a considerable time after the plane had supposedly crashed in Penn according to transponder data.
