I mean, "non-violent drug offenders" sounds vague. I wouldn't say I'm pro drug war, but I wouldn't say that "non-violent drug offenders" are without blame. dealers aren't always violent. is a drug dealer a "drug offender" and, if so, what makes you think someone perpetuating an addiction with someone else isn't a crime?
