China and Synthetic Drug Market (Conspiracy)

Is the China Government publicly or quietly participating in this new market as a destabilization tactic for the common drug cultures present in the US or Europe youth Cultures? A new age sythetic opium wars of sorts to provide costly chaos with the ability to create non-workers that provide an obvious strain on the already taxed social systems in place in the US & Europe.

A large number of the types of drugs coming are outright non recreational drugs. Some almost seem to chemicaly libotomized the user after lots of times only one use.

I know people will quote the safe drugs they are taking or the rc flav of the month in here as a some sort of rebuttal to what I wrote but some cities are in crisis mode with hospitals taxed from frequent visits invloving after care treatments out of no where. Not including crimes from flaka.

Anyone have any information or anything to add? How is China allowed to export known dangerous substances with no consequences?

Is this an allowed attack by government on our own poor communities if one was to follow the proposed scenario of the CIA cocaine funneling into black communities during the 80s & 90 as a sort of super quick duplication of results minus the profits?

Edit: I want everyone to think about the new RC laws supposedly to curb RCs and remember decade back when China was supposed to stop supplying Mexican Cartels with the precursors to methamphetamine for warehouse super labs.

Methamphetamine is everywhere and while even replacing the US cooks and actually increased production.

The problem with RCs is that they are RCs. The long term effects are not known. Some quickly get banned as analogues of known illegal drugs (the 2C family for example), some get through as they are unlike anything else (GBH etc).

As for a Chinese attack, I find it hard to believe. I would suggest that the supply is solely because the drugs trade is profitable, massively profitable. RCs in particular used to come from Canada as they had laxer laws about such things. (Indeed I used to order 2CI from there)

Occam's razor: Is Chinese government trying to destabilise the west using synthetic drugs (which in the case of opium is madness as natural opium is far, far easier to produce) or are a few enterprising Chinese seizing the opportunity to make a quick buck sending fake or watered down gear abroad?
