As someone with a technical background, fuck a lot of that is doable, which means it's been done.
The audio thing is smart. I'm almost tempted to roll it into my products... It'd be so easy. Any software with a mic permission could just have a background service recording segments. On a laptop or desktop you could just send all the audio because audio is absolutely tiny if you compress the hell out of it.
