You're crazy. I love conspiracy theories and all that, but LE units do training all the time. It pissed me off all the training we did. I would be in a real life situation trying to handle a car accident and they'd kick us off the radio for training purposes. There were times when we'd get a serious call during an exercise and we'd already be out and about. Also a lot of high ranking people in the military and LE units are Freemasons, cause they look out for each other.
