Maybe we should have cameras that are set to go off with certain triggers instead of on/off, or on all the time.

Why not have some system in place that reads the firearm/taser/club/handcuffs/and what ever else they carry now a days is pulled the camera is automatically triggered.

Likewise have it set to sound levels. If someone is yelling have it turn on.

Cop starts running or makes a quick physical movement; camera comes on.

This way officers still can have that discretion to not arrest someone or issue a ticket for an offense.
