Prince Charles... (I'm just speculating). He's the worst offender by far among a lot of candidates.

I've always wondered if that's the info Diana states she had in her notes that could crumble the monarchy overnight... could be partly in reason for their divorce if it is Charles. Maybe she found out about him and Savile's partys with young girls.
