I hate that I'm so spoiled and hooked on Amazon. I ordered something from another company and it took two weeks just to create the shipping label. Another place took over a week to get to my house. Amazon is like next day, in my hands. I need something else to take their spot.

here's a video exposing amazon's slave system... 'fast' comes at a high price for humanity: https://www.ureka.org/videos/watch/4949/i-was-a-warehouse-wage-slave-reporter-mac-mcclelland-on-life-inside-the-online-shipping-machine

She didn't mention if they get any benefits though. Health, dental, all that stuff. Sounds like its a good place to stay in shape. Definitely not for everyone. They could definitely use some reformation in personnel retention or something. But, I wouldn't call it a slave machine, don't take the job if you don't want it. I don't believe it's Amazon's fault the economy sucks and no one wants to hire people. They are meeting the demand of consumers. Consumers don't care how you do it, so what has to change is the people doing the work. If people stopped taking the job, then Amazon would be forced to change their ways.

the eqations are complicated. however, the reality here is that those that can dominate the numerical finance systems can force competitors to close. the inevitable net result is that there are few jobs available and thus individuals are forced to take jobs that put their health at risk, just to 'buy' food for themselves. the reality is that if everyone did their due diligence research into the money systems on earth, they would stop using them - since the systems are entirely based on fraud and 'the game' is completely rigged. here's a detailed list of other serious issues with amazon, from one of the main creators of the linux operating system (richard stallman): https://stallman.org/amazon.html

I get what you're saying. I still believe the most change will come from people refusing to work at Amazon, which I guess can't happen till people no longer are forced to work their because of no where else to go. I'll look into it, thanks. Besides actually going to a store, what is a decent alternative to something like Amazon. An internet store with items of all sorts.

the potential reach of the manipulators unfortunately extends to government and the ability to effect how many people are let into nations from even poorer areas of the planet, so even if everyone in one nation refuses to work in a particular place, there is a decent chance they will just 'import' people from elsewhere who will. if EVERYONE woke up enough to make better choices, that would be great - yes; part of that is not using these corporations as a buyer too. as far as an alternative goes - i don't think looking for one is a radical enough change to be any kind of solution here.
