So now all of a sudden Turkey is the one funding ISIS completely? What happened to questioning those at the G20 summit for funding ISIS not that long ago?

in that there is a suggestion of Turkey "funding" ISIS by purchasing their oil. that is not an arrangement that would escape notice of NATO's overlord, obviously.
