The following events happened in the last month:
-Free Syrian Army (pledged allegiance to ISIS) has just shot down a Russian Search and Rescue helicopter with an American TOW missile.
-Turkey shot down a Russia jet which violated Turkey's airspace for 10 seconds.
-Turkey has been supplying arms to ISIS via UN (United Nations) marked trucks. These trucks were supposed to bring humanitarian goods to civilians.
-US deploys Spec Ops to northern Syria.
-US deploys F-15Cs (air-to-air fighters) to Turkey.
-French Carrier battlegroup enters Eastern Mediterranean.
-US Carrier battleroup enroute to Eastern Mediterranean.
-Ukranianian "nationalists", last week, cut off power to the Crimean peninsula.
-US begins training Ukranian regular Army.
-ISIS (America/Israel/Saudi) brought down Russian civilian jet.
I'm also beginning to think that the Paris attack is also part of the plan to get US/NATO involved with Syria. 3/4 of Americans are now in favor for deploying troops to fight ISIS.
Have I missed anything.
Edit1: Turkey has been funding ISIS by buying oil from them. Russia has recently destroyed 200 ISIS oil trucks.
Edit2:
US extended its trade sanction on Russia an additional 6 months.
Propaganda Front:
US is trying to undermine Russia's hosting of the 2018 World Cup with allegations of corruption.
US also accuses Russian Olympic athletes of wide-spread steroid use.
Speilburg's "Bridge of Spies" recently released movie with an anti-Soviet tone.

I really hope China gets involved soon. That should calm the West down quite a bit

People think of imminent death and nuclear war when China might get involved... but i like to think that a simple trade embargo on the US, from China's side, would cause the US economy to collapse completely. Just think of all the plastic consumable crap that would be suddenly unavailable. I'm pretty sure the USG knows of this angle and the consequences if export/import becomes detached.
