How do we know its a US helicopter?
How do we know its giving "air support"?
I mean no shit it got downvoted. You could post a grenade and say "Barrack Obama tried to slip this into my luggage" and it woulden't mean anything.

It was US made. That's without question.
It's also tailing the convoy, so it's clearly providing cover.
Is it under US control? More likely it's captured equipment from Iraq.
