I have only watched the first couple of minutes, but it's clear that this woman is very biased and ignorant. She phrases it like: "They have taken the high-speed internet and made it a telecommunications utility" as though that's a bad thing. The internet should always have been a public utility. Private companies cannot be trusted with control of something so powerful. They have conflicts of interest, and can monopolize to deliberately and artificially stifle innovation, to increase profit margins at the cost of humanity.
