Let's call it a hunch.

Underlings like us are more and more angry at their governments on one hand.

The European refugee crisis as well as the flood of lies the press send us in order to get us even more confused...

Then there are also the treats, the new James Bond, Star Wars, which will end confusing even more but one thing is sure: The European Parliament had to talk in favour of the whistleblowers and these are symbolically associated with Guy Fawkes, hence the 5th of November.

Nothing is frightening the powers that be more than popular symbols, Thursday is one such symbol.

In order to get this symbol destroyed they have to get another 911 occurring at the same time.

I hope I'm wrong. We'll see on Friday if we're still here, eating the same Soylent shit.

It's a shame how little people actually know about history, and this is a prime example. All Guy Fawkes and his mates were trying to accomplish was a religion based terrorist attack.

At this time, Anglicanism could still be perceived as a blasphemous attempt by the secular order to take over the religious power for the sake of getting a divorce.

So yes, this could be seen as "terrorism", but as always, the definition varies according to the parts involved.

BTW, given your definition, America's Tea Party was a terrorist attack.

I'm pretty sure, that at the time of the Tea Party, Great Britain most certainly considered it a terrorist attack.

Just to interject, neither one way or another, terrorism is usually defined as the use of violence to achieve a political goal.

Also, the people participating in the Boston Tea Party were just common smugglers upset their livelihood was going to be destroyed by the Stamp Act.
