I've been following surveillance news for years now, talking to friends and reading/commenting on articles. I'm no longer just paranoid, I'm scared. When I'm home alone at night and hear a car, I lie here quietly and hold my breath, wondering If the FBI is about to kick down my door for looking into privacy. I am an advocate but by no forms a leader or activist. Yet the news of raids and drones terrifies me. Is anyone else experiencing more than just paranoia from survellance? It's ruining my mental state and the only thing I've done is looked into the truth.

You should probably talk to a mental health specialist, NOT BECAUSE YOU'RE WRONG AND I THINK YOU ARE CRAZY, but because it seems this is really affecting your day to day life and talking to a trained professional can help immensely with learning how to cope with feelings like this.

I would discourage this. As someone who's gone down that path you will more than likely end up worse off. The mental health profession in America was developed by the military specifically to identify individuals who are unable to accept mind control.
