It's unclear in the video who fired the first shot, but then again the shots all sound like they come from the same weapon. If I had to make a guess, when one of the cops started yelling "drop the gun", the other cop panicked and discharged his weapon, then just kept firing it.
The guy who did it is younger than I am. I guess this is what happens when you train kids fresh out of school in an adversarial us vs them culture, then give them a lethal weapon. That guy's fucking dead because that kid couldn't handle his adrenaline rush.
