This is amazing. Might not be real, but then again: they did manage to get people to microwave their brand-new iPhone 6's a few years ago, so it's not beyond the realm of possibility.
i put this in the same category as the ice bucket challenge and that absurd harlem shake shit that the internet got nearly everyone to do. people really really want to be part of something, or at least not feel left out, so it's easy to get them to do ridiculous or pointless things en masse.
