I do not agree fully, but there is indeed a large part of the population that do not want jobs. The government has made life far too comfortable living off welfare pushing out children and sitting home doing nothing.
No because I'm better than that. I know people who do, and they spend their time playing video games all day. They go to a casino every other week, sometimes twice in a single week. They pool their food stamps between their three generational family of welfare recipiants and get 600$ worth of groceries at a time. Sure they live in a crappy building surrounded by scum and filth, but they rather be lazy and live like that then get jobs. They all have the worst excuses as to why they cannot work, and game the court systems keeping the same case open for multiple years.
I don't think these people are the biggest waste of tax dollars, even though they are a waste of human potential. The hundred front military occupation of the world on the other hand... That typically costs more than shitty food for shitty people. I understand that it's shitty, but it definitely is just one of many shitty things our tax dollars go to, and it's easily not the most expensive. The war on drugs is still today a bigger waste of money than welfare.
