I was played this week. I was posting some whining thoughts about problems with a popular online game. In the discussion, one user was attacking me with baseless accusations and then used the pejorative "you sound like a conspiracy theorist". I replied by asking him what he thought about WTC7 - when I woke up in the morning all my posts from the site [which were 95% participatory and on subject] were removed and I was banned for posting "Spam".

So bottom line - someone can accuse you of being a "Conspiracy Theorist" and that doesn't break terms of service. But if you defend yourself, you can be banned. I suspect now this was the persons intention, and I fell for the trap.
