We already covered this. There's nothing in the Executive Order that's weird. It basically says to agencies "you might want to update your marketing techniques."

Well, there have already been 3-4 such posts on Voat that covered this in the last 2 weeks and this article is the least detailed among them.
So yes, nothing new to see here.
