Yeah, what about making the important vaccines free for everybody? I'm living in a social country with a really good (almost) free medical system. Went to the doctor to get my vaccines freshened up(i had neglected that issue for far too long), well it looks like I can't afford to do so. So no vaccinations for poor tomyumnuts.
