There are two videos floating around. One shows how fake-looking the flashes from the gunshots are. I really don't know anything about firearms, but the video claims it is using the same model of gun and same type of bullets.
The other video shows the video from the cameraman's angle. The shooter's video and the cameraman's video do not sync up, leading people to believe there were multiple takes. Unless one of the two videos was edited to make the YouTube clip, it is a "smoking gun" that the shooting was staged.
