Clarification: Some people suspect that, if permitted, an influx of Syrian refugees could be a pretext for a "terrorist invasion" perpetrated by US intelligence. It will subsequently be blamed on ISIS, considering that the mainstream media is already pointing out at this false risk in premeditation.
Thats an interesting notion actually, but maybe more so for European countries rather than the US... EU is in crIsis <- (pun intended) mode and I could definitely see an 'invisible enemy' scenario as a way to implement more draconian 'emergency' measures.
