Not even close, besides that the statement "is the greatest" would mean no other country has more then 23%, the next closest country is at 8%. America is three times more threatening then the next most threatening country Pakistan. People feel four times safer in comparison of china--6%-- to the US. N Korea, Isreal, and Iran are all tied with 5%.
