I'd like to hear about the architecture here. The best part of the vidya was the timeline of reporting. That made it suspicious. (I should fact check it, but for now, I'm trusting.) Here's my problem: the plane makes an emergency landing (which gives the pilot a concussion). And right where he lands, there's a dive team ready to inject something that causes a heart-attack? (Well, the last part is in the realm of conspiracy fact...) This seems like a lot of window dressing. Why not inject on land? This also means the pilot was complicit. Someone should follow that angle.

But, with the better video, yeah... it looks like something happened...
