Different type of ammo fired from a different gun would produce different recoil, muzzle flash, and impact.
Obviously you're not going to kick up a big dirt cloud on a wooden pier. Also, the guy on the left might have a shitty grip. Also also, he might be limp-wristing on purpose.
Different shutter speeds or framerates would also effect how it's recorded.
Show me the same gun with the same ammunition recorded on the same phone with the same video settings and you'll have a good start.

Differently, dependant on a number of factors such as size, location, general health.
Though, I've seen actual gunshot wounds on real people, so maybe I should watch more YouTube to get to your level of experience.
