The Tea Party painted the organization as the essence of crony capitalism giving out 80% of it's loans to big business at taxpayer expense and got it deauthoritied when it real sauce was giving out 90% of it's loans to help small american business compete with state sponsored communist businesses abroad and giving taxpayers the interest.
A rare case when I'd argue in favor of more government... Maybe..
Ok, OP seems like a genius, but a cryptic genius who speaks in slokas like a detuned radio. Allow me to interpret, or as OP might say: AMTI
Why don't we start with the basics from the Wikipede:
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (Ex-Im Bank) is the official export credit agency of the United States federal government. Operating as a government corporation, the bank finances and insures foreign purchases of United States goods for customers unable or unwilling to accept credit risk. According to its charter, the Ex-Im Bank does not compete with private sector lenders, but rather provides financing for transactions that would otherwise not take place because commercial lenders are either unable or unwilling to accept the political or commercial risks inherent in the deal. Its current chairman and president is Fred P. Hochberg.
You all can take it from there. It's an interesting point and OP seems to be on to something. No idea how he found out (I was unaware). Maybe someone whispered TCYSBFOITDAOTUSEIB in a bathroom stall, or something.

Somebody please correct me. I'm scarred.

I don't know if it's accurate but the source said that was the difference between 80% of the money and 90% of the loans.
In simple terms, it's like they made 1 loan for 8 million to big business and 9 loans for 222,222 each (2 million total) to small businesses.

Good catch. I missed that. Those clever bastards.
