We have all seen it, the crazy accusations, the seemily endless posts linking to mh101 academy, and the vitriol that this user (it tmay be more than one) dumps on anyone who calls out his spam. As a moderator of a few larger subs I deal with this everyday, I remove his spam, and ban the accoounts used. With this being said I have a theory. I think this strain of spam is being blanketed to make the anti-SJW/anti- "safe space" tone here at voat appear to someone from the outside as vitriolic, hatefull, and ignorant. The sheer amount out links and comments make me fairly sure there is an overarching plan behind this spam that is nepharious. Any thoughts?

I'd never heard of them until I had this exchange. There's something really, really off about them. Every fight I seen them have has been with MGTOW, Karen Straughan who is an MRA, or a PUA. Why do they only fight with people on their own "side"? That's telling to me.

The website is setup with no real tracking scripts, but it has a ton of ad-space and a pay-subscription (".69 cents per day") option. Looks like a money making operation to me.
The posters seem like bots posting cookie-cutter replies to threads based on keywords. People start to call out the nonsense, and other accounts (also bots) use more cookie-cutter responses to muddy the water. There could be other motives (such as getting personal info on voat users) but the only obvious incentive I see here is getting your credit card number so they can charge you.

I suppose they could be humans, but I wouldn't go assuming there are no bots here... Even if the voat API is different than reddits, voat has been around for long enough for someone to figure it out. You can still easily make a macro that performs a posting action anytime a certain word (or phrase) is used, and another script that goes through posts by their popularity. You'd only need 3-4 unique ip addresses, 2 scripts, and a browser add-on like "blender" to pull it off.

Yeah I'm pretty sure they are a radical feminist false flag. If you call them out on being a feminist they make an account with your name in it saying you are a pedo for being on voat and regurgitating the SRS views of what voat is. It is all copy paste responses until you point it out, then they send multiple of the accounts in for damage control.

If true, it's an effective tactic. I'm suspicious all the Amalek posts are a similar situation. He just doesn't come across as genuine.
