They already had a network of sister companies all over the world being used to execute clandestine pro-german functions during the war. They were given the greenlight to stage an economic exodus into the borderless world of business.

Lay low, amass wealth and influence. Take over everything you can and control the entire economy of the world. Globalization, evaporation of national borders, mergers of national economies. Make everyone dependant on each other globally, and make sure that the Nazis control the keystone points. Germany in the EU, USA in the Americas, japan/china in Asia. Saudi Arabia, Dubai in the mideast, Moscow in Russia.

Minor military intervention here and there to tip the scales in their favor without making the global takeover too obvious.

They won't be calling themselves Nazis. They have been reborn out of the ashes of WWII like a Phoenix. You can't win a global war if everyone is fighting you, but if they are all fighting each other while you keep taking over more and more of their infrastructure and economy, how long until a global war isn't even necessary?
