You need to be careful what you wish for. The end goal of all these technologies is to eventually remove all natural reproductive capacity out of the human population, in order for all of us to be dependent on "bioscience" for reproduction.
In the end they do not want you to be able to make babies without permission, and even more importantly, without paying for it. The end game is to monetize biology in all ways possible, and that includes monetizing all human biology. This means removing our reproductive capacity, in order for you to have to pay for being able to make offspring.
