I've long suspected this to be the case. Vaccinations chip away at the integrity of your immune system. Either they trigger it into hyper overdrive, and your body starts eating itself, giving you allergies, asthma, hives, Crone's Disease; or they shut it down and any fungus or virus or bacteria can kill you, as in AIDS.
