It’s possible, but Covid is a term that has applied to a large number of diseases for a long time, it just means “coronavirus disease,” which applies to all coronaviruses including the cold and flu and various other SARS-type diseases that have started in China numerous times in the past couple decades. COVID-19 just refers to the one that became novel in 2019.
So while it could be deliberate mockery of the coming hoax, it could also just be some edgy faggot who heard the term Covid apply to any of the past diseases and tried to turn it into a persona for a tv show
I learned from the link another goat posted here that the designers name is Kovid. File this more under interesting synchronicity rather than conspiracy.
