only chiming in because I've gotten the same error and also only on a video I thought was particularly odd or otherwise meaningful for archive. Not sure why.

but for yours its probably because its age-restricted and your downloader cant (or isnt) logging in to youtube

oh yeah it's probably the age restriction. I followed this guide but even using the cookies from youtube it won't work

then it says google has some new thing that lets you use a password for it

well I tried that and then it said The setting you are looking for is not available for your account.

then I found out there is a new patched version that is a fork of youtube-dl called youtube-dlc and that one was just taken down by the dcma

I honestly suspected the binary was changing, and not for the better, since I had a few older copies still installed which ALL WORK on some laptops, but all my fresh installs are wonky. Good tip, I'm gonna go archive that binary.
