Since if the CIA and the FBI had lived up to their charters both conspiracies would have been wrapped up in very short order, the stolen election no less, thus if a properly conducted investigation into 911 were to be held Rudy Giuliani would have a lot of 'splainin' to do, re how he obtained foreknowledge the WTC Towers were going to collapse.
