I used to think most were okay. I'm not sure now. MMR for sure is a big one but it's one for which there's a lot of evidence of bad reactions. I read Japan stopped using it due to all the problems. One girl was paralyzed from it.

Apparently the "vaccines can't cause autism" doctor recanted and said publishing that study was a massive mistake.
