the shooters ex gf is an fbi agent. He told her to go to philippines. Right before the catastrophe 2 mexican people horrifically told the crowd what was going to happen. Some reported shootings in different locations but that is not known publicly. Was this a cartel job? or a gun sale gone wrong? or other?
