The answer to that question is why this thread is posted to v/conspiracy and not v/whatever. Some people claimed the messages were human programming code of alien origin. The screenshots gave credibility to the allegation.

Not exactly, but it is very helpful. The video clip I was searching for was similar to the first, in that it showed an imagine up and to the left while Tucker spoke. But the actual image flash was something like the second post you added. However it was black and white and lasted for several seconds on-air, rather than a single frame.
